Carino’s is based in Sioux Falls, SD but there are locations all over TX and other states as well (which I did not know when I made my visit or I would have chosen something local to only Austin!)

I ordered the lasagna as a take-out item.  It had several layers of meat, sauce, noodles and cheese.  The lasagna was decent, but I was not the biggest fan of the sauce they used, it just didn’t have a rich enough tomato flavor for my liking.  The garlic bread stick that came with the meal was huge and had a side of olive oil and garlic for dipping.

Overall Impression: Large chain restaurant, would rather eat at local restaurant next time.
