What I ordered: I started with a House margarita with complimentary chips and salsa. I could snack on these items every single day! The Margarita was pretty good and the chips were thin and crispy
For my entree I ordered a fish taco and an enchilada. This was the first catfish taco I have ever had, but they are pretty common here in Texas. The fish was cut in strips then breaded and fried to a nice crispy brown. It was served in a large flour tortilla with red cabbage, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, pico de gallo and a chipotle mayo sauce. I also added a ton of the salsa to spice it up. Very tasty! I liked the catfish in the taco even more than I thought I would!
I had only wanted one enchilada but the waiter misunderstood my order so I ended up with two, both made with cheese and topped with chile con carne and melted cheddar. The enchiladas came with both refried beans and rice which were both decent.
