Some of you may or may not be aware that I have been working in Austin, TX all summer. I have been enjoying myself very much when it comes to the dining scene down here, with over 3.600 restaurants in the area! In fact, Austin has more restaurants per capita than any other place in the U.S. I will be writing mini-reviews for all the restaurants that I have visited (as soon as I can get to all of them!)
Just wanted to warn you why you will be seeing at least 25 reviews from the Austin area instead of the Twin Cities. No worries, I have not moved permanently, just got a cool gig down here this summer that is allowing me to explore the city’s famed restaurants. I will be back in the Twin Cities later this summer and hope to get back on track with local reviews.
